Go Vegan!

VEGAN – A philosophy and way of living which seeks to exclude – as far as is possible and practicable – all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose; and by extension, promotes the development and use of animal-free alternatives for the benefit of humans, animals and the environment.

PLANT-BASED – A lifestyle consisting entirely of foods derived from plants, including vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds, legumes and fruits, and with no animal products.

I recently had a conversation with someone and they didn’t know that cows are kept forcibly impregnated in order to produce milk. They thought that cows are just always lactating.

Just as humans, they only produce milk for the child or calf once it has been born.

Once the calf has matured, it is weened from mother’s breast.

If God intended for humans to drink milk past infancy, he would have designed our mothers to continuously produce milk, even into adulthood.

It’s crazy to think that he would have humans to drink from another species’ breasts.

Educate yourself.

Do You Eat Your Seeds?

Do you eat your seeds?

More and more it’s becoming difficult to find watermelons with the seeds, everything is seedless now. You can only do the best with what you have, but really try to always get any fruit with the seeds or at best make sure it’s at least organic.

If it is seedless do not eat it. Seedless fruit are produced without fertilization. This process is known as parthenocarpy, and is typically done by applying synthetic growth substances to fruits through injection, in paste form, or by spraying. Additionally, seedless fruit contain more sugar and less minerals than seeded fruit. –@alkaline_vegan_news
