When we let go of the pain, the hurt, the trauma, and understand the lesson – now we move away from victim hood and sit in the seat of gratitude and appreciation.
Because we are energy, we attract like energy, whether negative or positive. What we hold on to and are resistant to, we attract more of the same experience back into our lives. When we let go of those experiences and take on a disposition of gratitude and appreciation for the lesson, now we attract more positive experiences into our life.

Everything and every person we ever encounter are lessons and teachers. They teach us about ourselves. They are mirrors reflecting back to us – us.

Forgive.
As apart of my meditation today, I was guided to forgive. . . me.
Over the last two years, especially this year, I have developed a more consistent practice of meditation. Meditation for me has been integral for the inner work, healing, and reprogramming of self. Even though I felt that I had already done the work of forgiving and clearing out unforgiveness, I find there’s always more work needed as I continue to dig deep.
Today, however, was more of an activation, which I’ll explain later.
During my meditation, I began to list all of the things that I forgive myself for. . .
I forgive myself for not knowing who I am.
I forgive myself for not knowing how worthy I am.
I forgive myself for not loving who I am.
I forgive myself for not believing in who I am.
I forgive myself for not appreciating who I am.
I forgive myself for not accepting who I am.
I forgive myself for giving my power away.
I forgive myself for giving up on myself.
I forgive myself for letting myself down.
I forgive myself for neglecting myself.
I forgive myself for failing myself.
I forgive myself for abandoning myself.
I forgive myself for making poor choices.
I forgive myself for poor financial decisions.
As I made this list I had to really sit with this and let it process.
With forgiving myself of all these things, I also had to forgive family, friends, and others. I realized that all the hurt, pain, disappointment, let downs, failures, abandonment, neglect, unappreciation, lack of love and care was all being mirrored back to me. What seemed like others had done to me was only a reflection of how I viewed and treated my own self. So yeah, I had to collapse all of those old stories I told myself, collapse all of those old timelines, and collapse all of those old belief systems and programs that were so ingrained in me; so that I may heal – heal my own self.
Every person we ever encounter is a form of lesson. They are constantly teaching us about ourselves. They teach us what we like and what we don’t like, what we will allow and what we will not allow or tolerate.
This is where the big shift and activation happens. We understand that we create our own reality. When we take responsibility for our own actions and behaviors and understand the lessons as they are – we then remove ourselves from victimhood to a seat of gratitude and appreciation. Why? Because it was all designed for our growth.
Remember this – life is never happening to you, but life, in fact, is always happening for you – to learn, grow, and evolve.
When you fully understand this, you now know who you are, and you then begin to take your power back, you know your worth, you accept yourself, you validate your own self, you appreciate who you are, you believe in who you are, and you love who you are.
This is self-healing. You tear down old belief systems and programs that no longer serve you and traumatic energy blocks are cleared. You can now create unlimited potentiality.
Affirmation (repeat three times)
I fully forgive myself.
I fully accept myself.
I fully love myself.
I fully heal myself.
Therefore, I am whole.
