That’s a question I get very often, and when I’m ordering an entree at a restaurant, they’ll ask, “no protein with that?” And of course I’m almost always giving the side eye.
As a society we’re not educated on what true protein is and where it comes from. Animals eat vegetation, so they get their protein from plants. When we consume animals, we are essentially getting second hand protein, but along with that we’re getting diseases from consuming dead carnage.
But we must understand that it is far better to get our protein first hand from plants. Plants are a living source, so we are feeding our bodies life, that’s how we are meant to thrive.
Educate yourself and choose to eat life and not death.
