Looking at everything that has ever happened in my life, from my childhood on up, everything I’ve ever experienced – I chose to show gratitude for it. When I decided to do this, that’s when my life changed. I moved from a place of being the victim, taking full responsibility, yes, you read right – full responsibility for my life’s experiences. That’s a very hard thing to do, a very hard pill to swallow for most. But by doing this I chose to sit in the seat of gratitude.

When we take full responsibility for our own actions and behaviors, and innerstand the lessons as they are, we then remove ourselves from victim-hood to a seat of gratitude and appreciation.
