We’re rescheduling our Free Day @ The Garden to ensure we have the best weather for our plant giveaway.

Everything stays the same – just a new Saturday to celebrate and garden vibes!

On April 25th, I’m bringing the heart of Spirit & Soul Holistics to Washington Square Park for a day of pure giving.

As a plant dad and holistic practitioner, I believe healing starts with presence. We’re setting up a space for YOU – to grab a free plant for your home, sip on some intentional herbal tea, and soak in some live acoustic soul.

No catches, no costs – just a mission to share love and support.
