Being Gratitude is just that, the state of being.

When we let go of the pain, the hurt, the trauma, and understand the lesson – now we move away from victim hood and sit in the seat of gratitude and appreciation.
Because we are energy, we attract like energy, whether negative or positive. What we hold on to and are resistant to, we attract more of the same experience back into our lives. When we let go of those experiences and take on a disposition of gratitude and appreciation for the lesson, now we attract more positive experiences into our life.

The key is ENERGY. Our energy towards life is what creates our reality; our life.
We are Infinite Spirit Beings having a temporary human experience on Earth.

Looking at everything that has ever happened in my life, from my childhood on up, everything I’ve ever experienced – I chose to show gratitude for it. When I decided to do this, that’s when my life changed. I moved from a place of being the victim, taking full responsibility, yes, you read right – full responsibility for my life’s experiences. That’s a very hard thing to do, a very hard pill to swallow for most. But by doing this I chose to sit in the seat of gratitude.

A message I received January 24, 2019
Ancestral karma and debts are being purged and cleared. A lot of us have been paying the debts of our ancestral lineage and wondering why life is the way that it is. Many have asked why does bad things happen to good people. We carry the DNA of our ancestors. DNA carries messages and energy, meaning they are us and we are them; one in the same.
The good news is Earth (Gaia) and the collective body are raising their consciousness, vibrations, and frequencies. Our DNA is being reconstructed, reprogrammed, and restructured – our light body is being upgraded to fit the 5D, some of us are already experiencing the 5D now.
There are many experiencing a spiritual awakening, more and more are coming online and being awakened. 2019 will be a significant year, in some instances the beginning of the end, which will actually result in a new beginning. Take heart, literally, take heart – this is where you will reside and exist; from your heart space and in essence that’s what 5D is all about.
