A Meditation

Right now, stop what you’re doing.

Slowly take a full deep breath in from your nose… feel it.

Slowly exhale completely from you nose… feel it.

Smile to yourself… feel it.

Now tell yourself I Love You! Feel all the love, feel it.

This is meditation, being present to the moment and honoring it.
May the rest of your day be filled with lilies and butterflies.

Do You Eat Your Seeds?

Do you eat your seeds?

More and more it’s becoming difficult to find watermelons with the seeds, everything is seedless now. You can only do the best with what you have, but really try to always get any fruit with the seeds or at best make sure it’s at least organic.

If it is seedless do not eat it. Seedless fruit are produced without fertilization. This process is known as parthenocarpy, and is typically done by applying synthetic growth substances to fruits through injection, in paste form, or by spraying. Additionally, seedless fruit contain more sugar and less minerals than seeded fruit. –@alkaline_vegan_news

The key is ENERGY. Our energy towards life is what creates our reality; our life.

We are Infinite Spirit Beings having a temporary human experience on Earth.

So because we are energy, we attract like energy, whether negative or positive. What we hold on to and are resistant to we attract more of the same experience back into our life. When we let go of those experiences and take on a disposition of gratitude and appreciation for the lesson, now we attract more positive experiences into our life.

When we are resistant to the things we feel are bad or negative, we are actually attracting more of that same energy/experience back into our lives.

Count It All Joy!

Finding gratitude in all things will elevate your life.

This really is the secret to life.

When we are able to give thanks and count it all joy in all things, even in the worst of situations – well, what’s seemingly the worst of situations, it changes everything.

Life is never happening to you, but it is happening for you – to help you to learn, grow, and evolve.

The key is ENERGY. Our energy towards life is what creates our reality; our life.

Experiences are lessons and teachers. Every person we encounter and every experience is meant to teach us about ourselves and help us to evolve.

But what tends to happen is that we get caught up in our ego, our feelings, our emotions, and make it all about us.

So instead of seeing and understanding the lesson in the experience, most times what we take away from it is the pain, the hurt, the trauma of it all and hold on to it.

But when we let go of the pain, the hurt, the trauma, and understand the lesson – now we move away from victim hood and sit in the seat of gratitude and appreciation.

Everything we experience in life is helping us to awaken and to remember who we truly are.

We are infinite spiritual energy having a temporary human experience on Earth.

So because we are energy, we attract like energy, whether negative or positive. What we hold on to and are resistant to we attract more of the same experience back into our life. When we let go of those experiences and take on a disposition of gratitude and appreciation for the lesson, now we attract more positive experiences into our life.

It’s not easy, but it’s doable, and well worth it.

Take the time to go within – feel, forgive, and heal.

That wound was probably not your fault, but your healing is your responsibility.

Once you fully heal yourself of your past experiences, you will see major changes in your perspectives. You will elevate and raise your consciousness, your vibration, and your frequency.

Forgive.

As apart of my meditation today, I was guided to forgive. . .  me.

Over the last two years, especially this year, I have developed a more consistent practice of meditation. Meditation for me has been integral for the inner work, healing, and reprogramming of self. Even though I felt that I had already done the work of forgiving and clearing out unforgiveness, I find there’s always more work needed as I continue to dig deep.

Today, however, was more of an activation, which I’ll explain later.

During my meditation, I began to list all of the things that I forgive myself for. . .

I forgive myself for not knowing who I am.

I forgive myself for not knowing how worthy I am.

I forgive myself for not loving who I am.

I forgive myself for not believing in who I am.

I forgive myself for not appreciating who I am.

I forgive myself for not accepting who I am.

I forgive myself for giving my power away.

I forgive myself for giving up on myself.

I forgive myself for letting myself down.

I forgive myself for neglecting myself.

I forgive myself for failing myself.

I forgive myself for abandoning myself.

I forgive myself for making poor choices.

I forgive myself for poor financial decisions.

As I made this list I had to really sit with this and let it process.

With forgiving myself of all these things, I also had to forgive family, friends, and others. I realized that all the hurt, pain, disappointment, let downs, failures, abandonment, neglect, unappreciation, lack of love and care was all being mirrored back to me. What seemed like others had done to me was only a reflection of how I viewed and treated my own self. So yeah, I had to collapse all of those old stories I told myself, collapse all of those old timelines, and collapse all of those old belief systems and programs that were so ingrained in me; so that I may heal – heal my own self.

Every person we ever encounter is a form of lesson. They are constantly teaching us about ourselves. They teach us what we like and what we don’t like, what we will allow and what we will not allow or tolerate.

This is where the big shift and activation happens. We understand that we create our own reality. When we take responsibility for our own actions and behaviors and understand the lessons as they are – we then remove ourselves from victimhood to a seat of gratitude and appreciation. Why? Because it was all designed for our growth.

Remember this – life is never happening to you, but life, in fact, is always happening for you – to learn, grow, and evolve.

When you fully understand this, you now know who you are, and you then begin to take your power back, you know your worth, you accept yourself, you validate your own self, you appreciate who you are, you believe in who you are, and you love who you are.

This is self-healing. You tear down old belief systems and programs that no longer serve you and traumatic energy blocks are cleared. You can now create unlimited potentiality.

Affirmation (repeat three times)

I fully forgive myself.

I fully accept myself.

I fully love myself.

I fully heal myself.

Therefore, I am whole.
